Plans compared

FitManager has three plans: Starter, Pro and Enterprise. Every plan is priced per location, add-ons are priced once per gym, and you can change plan at any time. The pricing page always has the current prices and a plan builder that adds everything up for you.

How pricing works#

• Per location. The plan price covers one location. A second location costs the same again. There are no per-member fees inside the plan's limits.
• Monthly or yearly. Yearly costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Add-ons follow the same rule.
• Add-ons once per gym. An add-on is charged once, however many locations you run.
• Currencies. Plans are priced in US dollars, euros, pounds and Macedonian denars. Denar prices are set for the local market, not converted.
• Paid by card. The subscription is billed through Stripe, and every invoice is available as a PDF.

What each plan includes#

Add-ons#

Your own branded app is built and published by the FitManager team. The store accounts are not included: your gym opens and pays for its own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, and the app is published in them.

Outside the plans#

• SMS messages are paid from a prepaid balance per location, per message sent. There is no monthly minimum. You do not need your own SMS provider.
• Online payments from members run through your own Stripe account. Halkbank, NLB and CaSys online card gateways are connected for a gym on request.
• Self-service kiosk. The kiosk is not part of the standard plans. Ask the team if you want one.
• Hardware such as card readers, door relays, fiscal printers and card terminals is bought separately from any supplier. See Hardware.

Which plan should I pick?#

• Starter if you mainly need members, memberships, the door and a website, for one location with up to 200 members.
• Pro if you sell at the desk or online, want reports and finances, or message members by email, SMS and push. Most gyms land here.
• Enterprise if you need urgent support priority, the API, the AI connector, partner billing or a custom theme.

You can start on one plan and move up or down later. Changes are prorated on the next invoice.

Common questions#

Is there a free trial? No. We show you FitManager on a demo with your own numbers, set the gym up with you, and you pay from the first month. You can cancel at any time.

Can I change plan later? Yes, at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. See Choose or change your plan.

What happens if I run more locations later? Add a location licence on the Billing page, then add the location. Members and staff are not limited per location on Pro and Enterprise.
