How it works

Three taps for the member; nothing for the staff.

• Pick a membership

  The kiosk shows the plans you choose for it in your dashboard, in your language, with your logo and colours.

• Pay by card

  The card terminal beside the screen takes the payment. The kiosk never touches card data.

• Walk in

  The membership is active right away, the fiscal receipt is printed or the invoice emailed, and the card reader at the door already knows.

What you need

One PC with FitManager Control, a touch screen and a card terminal.

• A Windows PC with a touch screen

  Windows 10 or 11, always on, with internet. FitManager Control runs on it in the background; the Kiosk app runs full screen.

• Card terminal

  An unattended terminal from your bank with a cash-register (ECR) connection. Ask for a test terminal for the first days.

• Fiscal printer (optional)

  The same Synergy or David printer the reception uses, or no printer and an emailed invoice instead.

How to install

Register the kiosk in your dashboard first, then set up the PC.

   Register the kiosk

   In your gym dashboard open Settings, Kiosk, add a kiosk, tick the memberships it sells and copy its id.

   Install FitManager Control

   Download and set up FitManager Control on the kiosk PC. On its Kiosk tab paste the kiosk id, choose the terminal and printer, and generate a kiosk token.

   Install the Kiosk app

   Download the ZIP above, unzip it into a folder such as C:\FitManagerKiosk and start fitmanager_kiosk.exe.

   Connect it

   Tap the top-left corner of the screen five times, enter the staff PIN and paste the kiosk token. The kiosk shows your memberships within seconds.

   Try a sale

   Run a test sale on the test terminal, check the receipt, then let the kiosk start with Windows.
