Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your platform dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes - every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features before choosing a plan.
Your subscription is per gym (brand), not per location. Each plan includes a set number of facilities. If you exceed your limit, we will prompt you to upgrade.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be invoiced - contact us if you need an invoice-based arrangement.
A Windows PC at reception, a Wiegand RFID reader with a USB converter and a USB relay board per door. FitManager Control, our free Windows app, connects them. QR check-in works with just the member portal.
Yes. Online payments run through Stripe, Halkbank, NLB or Casys (Komercijalna and Stopanska banka), switched on per gym in Settings. The kiosk uses an unattended card terminal from your bank.
Yes, on Synergy and David fiscal printers connected to the reception PC through FitManager Control. Receipts are printed straight from the POS and the kiosk.
Yes. The Site API and the embed script put your timetable, plans, facilities, posts and forms on any website with a publishable key. Or point your domain at the FitManager website and edit it in place.
