What is on my plan?

The features in the Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans, the add-ons you can buy, how to see what your gym has and how to add more.

What your gym can use in FitManager depends on its plan and on any add-ons bought on top. Pages your gym does not have are hidden from the sidebar. This article lists what each plan includes and how to add more.

How FitManager is priced

  • There are three plans: Starter, Pro and Enterprise. Each one is priced per location: a gym with two facilities pays for two location licences.
  • Add-ons are priced once per gym, on top of the plan. Each add-on is only offered on the plans that list it below.
  • You pay monthly, or yearly for the price of ten months.

Current prices are on the public pricing page and in Plans compared.

The self-service kiosk and the bank card gateways (NLB, CaSys for Komercijalna and Stopanska, Halkbank) are set up by the FitManager team on request. Open a ticket to ask. The branded app also needs your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, which you open and pay for yourself.

SMS messages themselves are paid from the facility's prepaid balance, separately from the add-on. See SMS and prepaid balance.

See what your gym has

  • The workspace card at the top of the sidebar shows your plan's name as a badge.
  • Settings, Billing shows the Current Plan, its status, billing currency and cycle. Change Plan opens the plan builder with your add-ons already ticked.
  • If you open a page your gym does not have, for example from an old bookmark, you land on the Overview with the message "Point of sale is not part of the Starter plan. Upgrade to switch it on."
  • In this help centre, sections that need a feature are marked with the plan feature they need.

Add a feature or change plan

You need the Manage settings permission.

  1. Open Settings, Billing and click Change Plan.
  2. Pick Monthly or Yearly and the plan.
  3. Set Locations to the number of facilities you run. You cannot go below the number you have.
  4. Tick the Add-ons you want. The panel shows what you gain or lose compared to today and a running total.
  5. Enter a Coupon code if you have one and click Apply.
  6. Click Switch Plan (or Subscribe for a first subscription).

New features appear in the sidebar straight away. Changes are prorated on your next invoice. See Choose a plan for the details.

Common questions

Will I lose data if I move to a smaller plan?

No data is deleted. Pages for features the new plan does not include are hidden until you move back up.

Why can I see a feature that is not in my plan?

FitManager can switch a feature on for an individual gym, for example during a trial of a new module. It shows in the sidebar like any other.

Does Starter stop at 200 members?

Starter is sized for gyms of up to 200 members. If you are growing past that, move to Pro.
