Control is the one program on the reception PC that talks to hardware. Each job is a tab you switch on from your dashboard.
Entrance control
Card readers and door relays. Checks each card against your gym in real time and opens the door, with a local cache for when the internet drops.
POS system
Fiscal printers. Every sale from the dashboard POS is printed as a fiscal receipt on the Synergy or David printer next to the PC.
Kiosk
The card terminal and the printer for the self-service kiosk. The kiosk app talks only to Control, never to the hardware.
What you need
One PC per site, with the reader and the door relay connected over USB.

A Windows PC
Windows 10 or 11, always on, with internet access. A small mini PC at reception is enough.

Card reader
A Wiegand RFID reader connected through a Wiegand-to-USB converter. Power the reader from its own supply, not from the USB port.

Door relay
A USB relay board (LCTech type) wired to the electric strike or maglock. One relay per door.
How to install
Setup takes about ten minutes. Everything is configured inside the app.

Download and unzip
Download the ZIP above and extract it into a folder such as C:\FitManager. It contains the program and an install script.

Start the program
Run FitManagerControl.exe once. It creates its config and logs folders next to itself.

Connect to your gym
Open Settings, enter the API address and the bearer token from your gym dashboard, and save.

Add your doors
Click "Access point", give the door a name and code, pick the reader and relay from the port list and set how long the door stays open. Use "Pulse" to test it.

Make it run 24/7
Right-click install-windows-service.ps1 and run it with PowerShell as administrator. It starts the program at logon, restarts it after a crash and stops the PC from sleeping.
